You may return unused, clean and products with attached tag within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping if the item is returned to us in NEW condition or there has been error in our side (received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of returning date of your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We dispatch our orders in 48h after receiving it and forward you order tracking number.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on destination, estimated shipping time will be emailed to you with order confirmation.
All items purchased during sales or with reduced prices are not eligible for returns and refunds. Items can only be returned for repairs if they are damaged or faulty. Customers are eligible for refund if product cannot be fixed by the seller.
